Hotel Ottumwa works hard to serve their clients to the best of their abilities. Lori always takes the time to meet with me before every event we hold there and her staff go out of their way to provide excellent service.
Lori, Sara and the whole staff are easy to work with and accommodating for any type of need that might arise during our events at the Hotel. The meeting rooms are bright and clean and and the food is wonderful. Hotel Ottumwa is our “go to” place!
